Registration

Can I register more than one account?

No. Each applicant can only have one account in our database. Therefore all information provided must be correct.

Applicant who knowingly makes more than one (1) account for the purpose of manipulating the system of recruitment will be subject to termination when such action is found both before and or after the recruitment process.

What email address which should I use to register?

You can use any valid email for registration process.

This emails will be used as a medium of correspondence during the recruitment process.

You should not forget the email address you use as login account because it is key to the main entrance into your account.

I can not register because the ID Card numbers I enter has been used to register previously?

If you have never registered at all, chances are your number has been used by others to sign up. Please report it to us by sending your personal data with attachments of your scanned ID Card to itsupport(at)sdmweb.info.

I enter the wrong email address when registering, how do I fix it?

Please ask us to help change your registered email by sending your personal data and your registration data with attachments of your scanned ID Card to itsupport(at)sdmweb.info.

I enter the wrong date of birth when registering, how do I fix it?

Please ask us to help change your date of birth by sending your personal data and your registration data with attachments of your scanned ID Card to itsupport(at)sdmweb.info.

I enter the wrong ID Card Number when registering, how do I fix it?

The security code not appear in my computer, what should I do?

The entire registration process requires an Internet connection, if the security code does not appear likely you only use a intranet network that is not connected out eg Google, Yahoo, etc.

What if I include the identity and the data themselves are not true?

All information provided must be correct. Applicant who knowingly input the false information for the purpose of manipulating the system of recruitment will be subject to termination when such action is found both before and or after the recruitment process.

What should I do after registration?

Once you register, the system will send you an activation email into your mailbox. Please open you mailbox and activate your account before logging into system.

Account Activation

I have been doing the registration, but did not receive an activation email?

Please wait until 1x24 hours, maybe there are delays for some external mail server.

I have been waiting more than 1x24 hours, but did not receive an activation email until now?

Please use feature "Resend Activation Email", fill in with your registered email then click "Request for Email Activation", and please wait for your activation email.

The activation email will be sent to your mailbox.

I've been used feature "Resend Activation Email", but the system said that the email which I entered is not found in the database?

Maybe you enter the wrong email address when registering.
Please ask us to help change your registered email by sending your personal data and your registration data with attachments of your scanned ID Card to itsupport@sdmweb.info.

Apply Position

How can I apply for a vacant position which displayed on the "Job Vacancy" page?

If you want apply for the vacant position, you must register firstly. Then you can  apply for the vacant position from the applicant page after completed filling up your resume. If you're not registered yet, please click here to get a login account.

I have completed my resume, but why I can't apply for my choosen position?

In this system, we used several validation in which help us to filter the candidate.

Due to these validation, the system only accept an application from the candidate which exactly match into our requirement for that position.

We have provide some failure information which help explain to you what kind of information that has been rejected by system.

Can I apply more than 1 position?

No, you can’t. Applicant can only apply for 1 position in a year. Please make sure position you’re applying is suitable with your qualification.

However, applicant may change his/her application status if the application is still in "Applying" status. Login with your registered ID & password, then go to tab "Application" and re-apply for new position.

How can I know my application status?

You can login to your account and go to “Application Status” menu.

Can I change my applied position?

Applicant can change the applied position to other position if the application hasn’t processed by PT. Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri, or the application status is still in “Applying” step. Applicant needs to login and go to menu “Apply Position” then click a new position to apply.
